| Nude sunbathers. Isolated. Long beach, hence the name. Very popular. Limited parking. A lot of families. Picturesque. Not handicapped friendly. Attendants on duty. Something in sand on dune that turns feet orange. Bike rack. |

| Long Nook Beach's wildness and isolation are synonymous with Truro's outer reaches. This large oceanside beach is backed by massive sand dunes, impressive even to locals. The picturesque landscape is enhanced by small waves great for boogie-boarding or some rougher swimming. Travel too far down the beach, though, and you might be greeted by an unexpected sight - this beach is popular with nude sunbathers. |
|
| A steep sand dune is the only entrance down to the beach - access may be difficult for some visitors. Also, a sediment in the sand on the dune turns feet orange, but it is easily washed off. |
