| Very small. Shady. Clear, warm water. Pine needles. Must walk through water to get to beach area. Not handicapped friendly - long windy stairs to water. Good for kids. Small parking - attendant on duty. Very pretty. Bike rack. |

| A gorgeous pond beach just down the road from Cahoon Hollow, Great Pond Beach offers warm, clear water fabulous for a day with the family. The small strip of sand won't hold too many people, but does have a few protruding branches great for drying those damp towels. Sunbathers won't like this beach as the greenery provides mostly shade over the sand area. |

| Long, windy stairs lead down to the pond area and visitors must then travel through water to reach the sand. This may not be ideal for all visitors. |
