Small beach with not much room. Lots of families with young children. Limited parking - just line up along beach. Not much shade. Roped off swimming area. Boats. Nice view. Cute little place. No attendant.
Great Pond is just that - a great pond. Not too small and not too big, and the beach is the perfect size. It is also a good place, with its calm waters, for people with small boats and kayaks.
Tips:
Parking is limited, so get there early or find alternate means of transportation.
