Fishing (state-stocked pond, fishing permit required), launching ramp for canoes, rowboats, but no internal combustion engines. Limited parking. Very small, narrow strip of beach. Great for families with smaller children. Very calm. Shady. Beautiful view. Follow boardwalk down to the beach. |

 Beautiful sunrises, excellent bass and blues fishing, surfing, sunbathing, swimming in cool ocean waters. Despite its size, the massive parking lot occasionally fills up when the sun is strong. Arrive early or in the late afternoon if you want to claim a spot. The beach is open to off-road vehicles with a special permit. Attendant on duty. Really long beach. Very popular. Great waves. All ages. Nice sand. A bit of a walk from parking over dune. Slightly steep down to beach. Bike rack. |

 A perfect photo every sunset. This fine sand beach offers warm water swimming and is great for long strolls on the flats at low tide. Has tidal pools filled with friendly seashore critters at low tide. Great place for kite flying. Calm waters great for swimming at high tide. Good place to watch boats come and go from Rock Harbor. Lots of room. Attendent on duty. Standard food: burgers, fries, ice cream and such. Bike rack. |
