Limited parking. Not secluded. Calm water with some small waves. Rock jetty. Stairs down to beach - small slope. Cute beach, but very small.
Thatcher Park Beach is a very small strip of sand overlooking Nantucket Sound. It's a great place to plop your beach chair down on the edge of the water and read a nice book with the waves rolling over your feet. There are also benches just above the beach in which to sit and enjoy the beautiful view.
Tips:
Both space on the beach and parking is limited, so get there early.
