Upper Mill Pond isn't a sit-around-in-the-sun-tanning-yourself kind of beach. In fact, it's not much of a beach at all. There's a boat ramp for launching a vessel and minimal grass area to lounge around. There is a small wooden deck, though, to admire the view.
