Excellent food
This is a see and be seen type of restaurant. Agree... it is noisy after 10pm, but the option to eat great food, late at night in an urban setting is very cool. Where on Cape Cod do we have this (unless we take a trip to Boston)?

Never Again
Very unfriendly staff. Food was OK, but left hungry. Management and staff were condescending in their verbal and non-verbal communication. I won't go back and will tell all the same.

Love this place
The food is always good. I have been here for a wedding reception & my birthday. Great sangria! The chef even made a custom pizza for my daughter & personally brought it to her!

Don't bother
The food was so so, presented ok, but tasteless. The waitstaff was attentive, but at the end of our meal, we were pressured to vacate the table. There were only three tables occupied so it was not a question of turnover! The music was so loud a conversation was not possible. We won't return.

Great Find!
Excellent selection of food and drinks. Helpful, attentive, friendly staff. We went there for a birthday dinner and were very very happy to have found such a great spot. We will certainly return. We asked the waitress for recommendations and everything she suggested was spot on!

The Best Place on Main Street
I eat out just about every night. Embargo gets my business on average 4 nights a week. Dave, his staff and the food never disappoint and they always make us feel at home. People are always more likely to post reviews if they are not happy. I know that if every happy customer posted a review here there would be many thousands of reviews here. Keep up the good work Embargo, and thank you for making Hyannis a nicer place.

Great FOOD, great atmosphere
The Food is always great! The wine list is good. I always have a great experience, however the last time I went the waitress was not friendly at all! Next time i will request Not to have Kristen as our waitress.

Again, shouldn't serve dinner so late if they are going to pack in a bar crowd. For the prices I would like to enjoy my food and be able to conversate at a reasonal level and not have to yell. Probably won't be back.

More of a bar than a restuarant....gets very loud after 9 or so. Lots of kids filled the place while we were still having dinner. They were almost sitting with us! Not the place to go if you want to enjoy a late meal.
